The board of directors of the Hamilton Lawyers’ Club is comprised of twelve local lawyers representing various practice areas and law firms.
Mackenzie Dean
President
Mackenzie is a solo practitioner practicing exclusively in family law. She opened her law firm, Dean Law, in 2024. She joined the Hamilton Lawyers’ Club in 2017 and the board of directors in 2019.
Courtney Hamara
Vice President
Courtney is an associate at Sullivan Festeryga LLP. She practices insurance defence and criminal defence. She joined the Hamilton Lawyers’ Club in 2014 and the board of directors in 2020.
Bradley Remigis
Secretary
Brad is a partner at Agro Zaffiro LLP. He practices personal injury and insurance defence litigation. He joined the Hamilton Lawyers’ Club in 2013 and the board of directors in 2021.
Alexandra Petermann
Treasurer
Alexandra is an associate at Ross & McBride. She practices in the areas of family law, wills, trusts and estates. She joined the Hamilton Lawyers’ Club in 2020 and the board of directors in 2025 for a three-year term.
Lauren Wilhelm
Lauren is a partner at Paquette Wilhelm LLP. She practices exclusively in the area of criminal defence. She joined the Hamilton Lawyers Club in 2013 and the board of directors in 2022.
Gregory Mallia
Greg is one of the founding partners of Regency Law Group. His diverse practice centers around real estate law and litigation. He joined the Hamilton Lawyers Club in 2014 and the board of directors in 2023.
Jeffrey Goit
Jeff is a partner at DiVincenzo Volaric LLP. His practice primarily consists of insurance defence litigation. He joined the Hamilton Lawyers’ Club in 2011 and the board of directors in 2024.
